- What should I do if I can not make a reservation?

- Do I get a reservation confirmation?

After you make a reservation, you will receive an e-mail with all reservation details and your confirmation code. You can view your reservation with this number. In case you need any change or cancellation, pls send us an email or message by mentioning your reservation code.

- When I book a transfer to the airport, what should be my pick up time?

Please mention your flight time and then mention your requested pick up time. It is recommended that you are at the airport 1 hour prior of domestic  and 2 hours prior of international flights. Please consider also the driving duration. In case you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

-What should I do, if I need a car seat for my baby/child?

Please mark on the reservation panel  how many baby/child car seats you will need. Then please mention on the “message” section what type of car seat you need and the age of your child.

- Do I need to mention If I have bulk or extra luggage?

If you have bulk size or extra luggage, please mention details (description, weight and dimension of your luggage).

- I am travelling with my pet. Do I need to inform you? 

If your pet is with you, please mention it on the “message” section. Please mention the dimensions of it’s carrier bag and it’s species.

- Why do you need my flight number?

We are checking exact landing time of your flight, so we can adjust ourselves for early or postponed landings.

-Where will I meet you on the airport?

We will be waiting for you with your name shield out of the terminal.

-If I have to wait for my luggage longer than normal, do I need to inform you?

We are following if there are still pending luggages of your flight. So, we will be definetely waiting for you..

*You can ask for a short stop during your transfer if you have any urgent need.
